I almost picked a different Starbucks to work at because of the lower stars on yelp, but am thankful I didn’t. I had such a pleasant experience that I felt the need to come on here and post. I came about an hour and a half before closing and was there for about an hour. The whole time I consistently watched the two baristas (Ad and Lex) cheerfully and helpfully assist all customers, including myself who was trying to figure out all my caffeine-free options. Given that it was the end of their day, it was quite impressive that they maintained such a pleasant demeanor. They were rays of sunshine that evening. The store is lucky to have them.

As a first impression, it's definitely a good place to study or work at. They keep the music at a very casual atmosphere and greets customers normally. I got my first drink there today as a iced green tea latte and it was just as what I expected.

Favorite Starbucks! I visit this location frequently, but on this day, they literally made my day. I have a very far commute into work and that alone is stressful. So the thoughtfulness of reading a handwritten message on my cup- uplifted my day. A little goes a long way! Drinks are Always made with precision and the staff barista’s are extremely pleasant, welcoming and professional. They remind you about using stars and the secret menu drinks are tasty! All around a good group of ladies and gentlemen who work here. Happy Customer!

5-Star and 5-Heart Review I want to leave this review to express my sincere gratitude for Ariana. When I walked out of the store, I discovered that my car battery had died. My friend had come to help but we couldn’t get it started. That’s when Ariana approached me, kindly asked what was going on, and immediately went to her car to grab her electronic jumper. She helped me connect it, tried several times with me, and did everything she could to get my car running again. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine care for customers and neighbors truly moved me. I will never forget the help I received from her that day. Thank you, Ariana, for going above and beyond!

Ok - first thing - I love Starbucks. I have since visiting some of the original locations in Seattle in the 90s. Ok this said, today is one of my happiest days because the very very super kind people displayed unbelievable and special customer service. My father just passed away a couple weeks ago and without even knowing that, the manager and team did something so kind, so selfless, (they know what they did). I am so extremely grateful. This Centreville Starbucks is now my Starbucks for life! I always order a Venti Decaf Americano and an impossible breakfast sandwich. They are my mainstays and they were delicious again. Thank you Starbucks Centreville. Your humanity will be carried by me and I promise to pay it forward.

Nicest Starbucks location I've been to so far since I have been visiting from Oklahoma. Staff is very accommodating, authentic, and quick. Good music and would come back again.
